Phoenix Power: From Ashes to Action (the “Program”) is an educational and wellness-focused experience offered by Amplified Pursuit, LLC (“Amplified Pursuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program was created with care, integrity, and respect for the complexity of burnout recovery. We understand that deciding whether a program is the right fit is a personal and sometimes difficult choice.

Our refund policy is designed to support clarity and informed decision-making, without pressure.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

If you enroll in Phoenix Power: From Ashes to Action and determine that you are not satisfied with the Services or the Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your enrollment date.

  • Refund requests made within this 30-day window will be honored in full.
  • Please submit the reason for your refund request in writing with the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • The 30-day refund period begins on the date you first receive access to the Program.

This policy is intended to give you the space to explore the program thoughtfully and decide whether it aligns with your needs at this time.

3. After the Refund Window

Refund requests submitted after the initial 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Because Phoenix Power is a digital program with immediate access to content, we are unable to offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds beyond the stated refund window.
