Phoenix Power: From Ashes to Action (“Phoenix Power” or the “Program”) is an educational program operated by Amplified Pursuit, LLC (“Amplified Pursuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “Phoenix Power,” the “Program,” or the “Course” in this document refer to Phoenix Power: From Ashes to Action and any associated materials, content, or services provided by Amplified Pursuit, LLC.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, access our digital courses, or use any related content or services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, purchasers, course participants, and other authorized users of the Services.

We do not store or directly process full payment card information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers integrated with Kajabi and are subject to those providers’ privacy policies.

3. Health and Wellness Information
Amplified Pursuit, LLC, operating as Phoenix Power, does not collect protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) or other applicable law and is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.
The Services are educational and non-clinical. In providing the Services, Amplified Pursuit, LLC is not acting as a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or business associate under HIPAA. We do not request medical records or information for diagnosis or treatment, and use of the Services does not create a physician-patient or other clinical relationship. Any health-related information you voluntarily share is provided at your own discretion and is not treated as medical data.
Certain burnout assessments or course evaluations may involve general wellness- or burnout-related responses. Forms used for these purposes are configured not to request a name or email address, and the responses made available to us do not contain those direct identity fields. The form provider may separately process technical information, such as an IP address or device information, to operate and secure its service.
Email and open-text evaluation responses may nevertheless contain health-related information if a user chooses to include it. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive health information through email, assessments, or course evaluations. Such information is not required to participate in the Program.
If health-related information is voluntarily provided, we use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to the communication, provide the requested feature, evaluate or improve the Services, comply with the law, or protect rights and safety. Access is limited to authorized persons, and we do not sell consumer health information.
Where an applicable consumer health privacy law applies, users may have rights to access or delete covered health information or withdraw consent for future collection or sharing. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information:
- With service providers and processors that support the Services, such as Kajabi for website, account, and course operations; payment processors; Tally for forms; CookieScript for consent management; email and cloud service providers; and analytics or advertising providers described below

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Phoenix Power, its users, or others
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, or sale
- As otherwise provided by the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. As described below, some analytics or advertising technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.

You may also adjust browser settings, although browser controls may not prevent every technology.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, personal information, or other content you provide to us or our third-party contractors and service providers.

We retain digital account, transaction, communication, and other business records for business operations and for legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. We do not currently use an automated deletion schedule. Paper records containing sensitive information are securely destroyed when no longer needed. Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
