Phoenix Power: From Ashes to Action (the “Program”) is an educational and wellness-focused experience offered by Amplified Pursuit, LLC (“Amplified Pursuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Medical & Educational Disclaimer applies to all content, materials, services, coaching, and interactions provided through Phoenix Power, including but not limited to digital courses, videos, written materials, live sessions, group or individual coaching, workshops, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Educational Purpose Only

All Services provided through Phoenix Power are offered for educational and informational purposes only.

The Program is designed to support learning, reflection, personal insight, and skill development related to burnout awareness, well-being, resilience, and professional fulfillment. The Services are not intended to replace professional judgment or individualized care in the medical field or in any other profession.

2. No Medical Advice

The Services do not constitute medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental disease or medical condition.

Participation in the Program does not create a physician–patient, clinician–patient, or other healthcare provider relationship between you and Amplified Pursuit, LLC, Phoenix Power, or any instructors, coaches, or contributors.

3. No Mental Health or Therapeutic Services

The Services do not provide:

• Mental health diagnosis treatment
• Psychological counseling
• Physical or mental therapy
• Crisis intervention

The Program is not a substitute for care provided by licensed mental health professionals.

4. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice

The Services do not provide consistency or guidance constituting:

• Legal advice
• Financial, tax or investment advice
• Employment, credentialing, privileging, professional ethics or licensing advice
• Credits toward any continuing education, university, or secondary education course of instruction
• Professional consulting services

You are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding any legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, or professional decisions.

5. Individual Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your participation in the Program is voluntary
• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
• You determine whether and how to apply information obtained through the Services
• You are not a minor
• You are not using the Services for any improper purpose, including individual financial gain through the authorized sale or provision of access to the Services

Amplified Pursuit, LLC and Phoenix Power make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or benefits.

6. Not for Emergency or Crisis Situations

The Services are not intended for use in emergency or crisis situations.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe emotional distress, psychiatric emergencies, or are otherwise in crisis, you should seek immediate assistance from qualified mental health professionals or emergency services.

Phoenix Power does not provide emergency, crisis, or acute mental health services.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Any coaching services offered through Phoenix Power are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and educational in nature. Coaching does not involve diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or the practice of medicine or mental health care.

Participation in coaching does not create a therapeutic, fiduciary, or supervisory relationship.

Coaching services are subject to the provisions of the Phoenix Power Coaching Addendum.

8. No Reliance

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any information, statements, or materials provided through the Services as a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, professional judgment, or licensed advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplified Pursuit, LLC and Phoenix Power disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Services, including damages arising out of the negligent acts or inaction of Amplified Pursuit, LLC or its Affiliates.

10. Acceptance

By accessing or participating in the Program or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Medical & Educational Disclaimer.
